Mindful Movement for busy people.
I’m Claire, a yoga and breathwork teacher based in Ripponden and online.

About Claire
I spent a good chunk of my adult life on auto-pilot before finding a way to well-being through yoga, mindset, and biomechanics work.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people feel better: Less stressed, more in control of the mind, and more connected and comfortable in the body. Able to access the inner wisdom we all have inside us.

Relax and Restore – 90 Minute Restorative Yoga Class
Next session TBC
Our goal for this session is to cultivate a sense of being centered and grounded as the external world changes around us. I love the power of these mindful, relaxing yoga classes: Grounding practices help us feel stable, calm, and supported, especially during times of change. And, by connecting to the earth physically, we cultivate mental clarity and emotional resilience.
“Claire brings joy to each class and you always finish feeling better.”
Alex

“Your studio is a haven and guidance was beautiful, friendly and put me at ease throughout the session.”
Emma

We circle back to familiar places, familiar doubts, familiar edges… but we’re not where we once were. We’re further on, even if it doesn’t always feel like it. I’ve shared that idea many times, both…
